Pause All New Bookings
Stops all new booking operations across Hoteliana.
This action affects new operations only and does not automatically cancel existing confirmed bookings.
Existing confirmed bookings, historical bookings, issued vouchers, and allowed cancellation and amendment workflows remain unchanged.
Supplier Controls
Suspend Supplier
Prevents the supplier from being used for new commercial activity. The supplier is not deleted, booking history is preserved, and confirmed bookings are not cancelled.
A reason is required.
Disable Supplier API
Stops new search, new sync and new booking requests through this supplier's API. Previously confirmed bookings are not affected.
Emergency operational control only — full API configuration remains part of the upcoming Integrations module.

Hotel / Room Controls
Disable Hotel
Removes the hotel from new commercial operations. Existing confirmed bookings remain unchanged.
